eKYC Mandatory – Complete Before 15th August
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – LPG eKYC
Your LPG connection eKYC is still pending. Please complete your eKYC on or before 15th August 2026 to avoid interruption of LPG services.
❗ If eKYC is not completed by the due date:
- Your LPG connection may be blocked.
- You may be unable to book refill cylinders until eKYC is completed.
You can complete your eKYC through:
- HP Pay App using your registered mobile number.
- Our delivery staff during delivery.
- By visiting our office.
⚠️ Aadhaar Not Linked?
If you receive an "Aadhaar Not Linked" error while completing eKYC, please send your Aadhaar Number and Consumer Number to us for backend seeding.

Once the Aadhaar is seeded, you can proceed with eKYC through the HP Pay App.

New Connection 20 Jul 2026
New domestic LPG connection - documents required
To book a new domestic HP Gas connection, please bring the following:
- Aadhaar card of the applicant
- Address proof for the delivery address (rental agreement, electricity bill, ration card, passport or similar)
- One recent passport size photograph
- Bank account details for subsidy transfer
- Mobile number to be registered for booking and delivery OTP
Bring self attested photocopies along with the originals for verification. Our staff will complete the KYC and hand over the Subscription Voucher, cylinder, regulator and customer copy of the DGCC book.
Service 5 Jul 2026
Book your refill 24x7
You can book a refill any time through the HP Gas IVRS number, the HP Pay app, the HPCL website or WhatsApp booking. You can also call our office during working hours and we will place the booking for you.
Always share the delivery OTP with the delivery person only after the cylinder is weighed in front of you and you are satisfied with it.
